Explore American history as seen through the eyes of the First Infantry Division and gain a renewed appreciation for those who serve to protect our freedoms. With more than 38,000 square feet, the First Division Museum provides an immersive and stimulating experience for visitors of all ages.

And don’t forget to visit the famous Tank Park where kids have climbed and played for generations!

Colonial Days Field Trip

BRIMFIELD, IL – Jubilee College State Park will hearken back to the time of Paul Revere and Benjamin Franklin The family-friendly event will strive to educate the public about Colonial American history. The event, which will be situated on the 3,20...0 acres of forest and prairie wilderness that comprise Jubilee State Park, will feature Colonial, civilian and military life from 1750 to 1790. Visitors will be able to visit a Native American village, interact with colonists in their everyday life and participate in soldier’s drills and military tactics. Bring a pack lunch and drinks. Attendance is open to 5th grade to high school age.
